Master Induction Heat Treat, LLC is a branch of Master Roll Manufacturing who began doing business in 1998 in LaPorte, Indiana.  The business grew in LaPorte for over a decade and In April of 2021, relocated to New Carlisle Indiana in a 70,000 square foot facility.

In late 2011, corporate officers identified heat treating bars in the lengths over 36" to be a bottleneck in the roll manufacturing facility.  As a result, the decision was made to purchase induction equipment and begin to provide induction hardening services.  This decision has allowed Master Roll to significantly improve the quality and accuracy of heat treat and reduce the lead times on induction hardened jobs and also allows opportunity for Master Induction to provide this same service to outside customers in a timely fashion.
